Doncaster Parents Voice has been selected as one of the local distributors of Max Cards to local families. The Max Card is available for:
Individuals caring for children/young people with special needs up to the age of 25

Proof of childrens/young peoples disability is required. This could be in the form of DLA letter, GDA Pathway letter or something similar.

Max Cards can be collected from the Carers Centre, or alternatively they can be posted out. The cost of the Max card is £6.00.
