Carers Rights Day 2024

The Carers Rights Day event happening on Carers Rights Day - 21st November 2024, 4pm-7pm is not to be missed!  There will be opportunities to find out more about carers rights, take part in fun activities, raffles, and there is free food and drink!

Telephone Befriending 

If your feeling a little bit isolated and lonely and would like someone to talk to, then our Telephone Befriending Service might be for you.  Our friendly volunteers offer a listening ear for anyone who needs to talk.

For those of you who like to be more active, then our walking group activities are for you!
